About Jason Walker

Prior to entering the real estate world, Jason, a native New Yorker, cultivated strong business management and negotiation skills working as a senior executive at one of the Nation’s top designer companies. In his role as Executive Vice President, Jason interfaced with the likes of Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, and QVC. He produced record sales numbers each year and managed multi-million dollar sales territories, both in the US and abroad.

Jason Walker was personally recruited to join Douglas Elliman by the company’s CEO, Dottie Herman. According to Herman, “Jason’s success is due to his great interpersonal skills, penchant for thinking ‘out of the box,’ and meticulous attention to details.” Jason brings a genuine concern for people’s needs to every real estate transaction, and he is known for simply “delivering results.” His warm and friendly nature, as well as his ingenuity and efficiency have earned him lifelong clients, many of whom are celebrities and business leaders from all corners of the globe.

Whether Jason is locating a moderately priced studio for a first-time investor or selling a luxury condominium for one of his high-profile clients, he treats each transaction as if it is his most important.
